What starts a task, and how we set it up.

The four ways to trigger an assistant, our four-step onboarding, and the tools it connects to.

Triggers

Four ways to start a task.

An assistant starts on a specific event, then always follows the same path up to your approval.

  • An email arrivesA quote request, an invoice, a complaint
  • A set timeEvery Monday at 7 am, the 1st of the month
  • A form is filled inFrom your website or your internal workspace
  • Another piece of software lets it knowNew order, payment received, file updated
The assistant Reads, searches, calculates, writes
Your approvalYou approve, then it goes out

Client onboarding

From your request to a working assistant.

We support you from the first conversation through to regular follow-up. Here are the four steps.

  1. We listen to your request

You describe the task that takes up your time. We ask questions, learn how you work and decide together what is worth handing over to an assistant.

  2. We connect your existing tools

Email, documents, business software: we plug into the tools you already use. You change nothing about your habits, and you stay in control of access.

  3. We set up a first agent

We start with a single task. Your assistant prepares the work, you approve before every action, and you judge on real results with your own cases.

  4. We follow up regularly

We check in with you at regular intervals: what works, what can be improved, which tasks to add. We support your transition to AI and keep optimizing over time.

We measure the time saved on your own case.

We start small, with a single task. You move at your own pace, with no commitment.

Integrations

Connects to the tools you already use.

No need to change everything. Assistants work with what you already use.

  • Google Drive
  • Microsoft 365
  • Outlook
  • SharePoint
  • Your email
  • Your shared folders
  • Your PDF, Word and Excel files

A tool you use every day is not on the list? Tell us, and we will look at how to connect it.

A task to hand over?

Describe it in a few lines and we’ll look together at whether an assistant can take it on.
